How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized jewelry are final sale.
Will your jewelry tarnish or change color?
Our pieces are crafted using high-quality materials including 18K Gold Pating and Stainless Steel. They are water-resistant and designed to be tarnish-free with proper care.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 12-month warranty on all items covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.
