Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original PRYA branded packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the jewelry is protected.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal or use the provided QR code at your nearest authorized drop-off location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
